Our food and drink philosophy is well-travelled, with the perfect balance of familiar and new ingredients to appeal to all of our customers, dining all-day. This means our menu has a wide range of cultural influences, with flavours, ingredients and wines from all over the world. Miles develops ideas for the menu on the basis that it should have a mix of healthy and dirty dishes with a balance of meat and plant-based options. You’ll also find an array of different textures as well as an element of surprise in all of our dishes, whether you’re sharing small plates over cocktails, having a three-course meal or popping in for coffee and baked goods.


And talking of coffee… we began roasting our own coffee in the basement of Exmouth Market, when we opened in 2010 and it’s stayed at the heart of Caravan since. We now have Lambworks, where the Caravan Coffee Roasters team roast our mighty fine craft coffee and our bakery team produce our famous sourdough, croissants and puddings.
